Hi, welcome to my page. I am Ross the Explorer. During my childhood I was lucky enough to be able to go on numerous holidays abroad, flying to different countries quickly became something that felt normal. Then at the age of 17, I went backpacking around India. That was a very eye opening trip. Then during my University placement year I saved up loads of money and traveled round Europe.
Post University my plan was to get a 9 to 5 job and settle down. Office lifing was doing nothing for me, I was getting super jealous of my friends who were travelling. So after getting my Australian visa I quit my office job and flew to this massive country.
The next 23 months has been an eye opening experience where I have learnt so much about myself and the world. Nature, wildlife and history was never my priority in England. Now its what I live for. Fingers crossed teaching in Vietnam works out, I am desperate to carry on my journey!
